This is dad also known as a 'Lion Heart' by me. Father is as strong as a bull, fearless like a lion and when he roars he’ll make you change your clothes in a flash. He can be heard playing the tabla and constantly chanting while in deep meditation.

I’m a cool kid that likes to go by the name of Super Khalsa whenever I dress up in my superhero cape. I’m inquisitive and sharp and when I’m not helping my mum, I’m always looking for new adventures to find the answers to all my questions.

A true lioness, not only does she look after the whole pack, but her speed and stealth are extraordinary. Sometimes it feels as if she is in 4 locations at once, there’s no hiding when mum’s around. Mother has the most angelic voice and when she sings, she melts the toughest of hearts. Mother keeps me on my toes and is definitely not one to mess around with.

She has the ability to hold you and put you to sleep in seconds, you can ask my brother Raam Singh, he never stands a chance. Her legendary story telling is what gets me going and thinking of starting a new adventure. She’s never scared and reminds me of the importance of having courage and being brave at all times.

Now he’s a walking encyclopaedia, he knows everything that’s worth knowing and if he don’t know it, then it’s not worth knowing. His smile is infectious and his laugh ensures there are no dry eyes around him. His favourite instrument is the Rabab.

Her connection to animals is out of this world, sometimes I think she can actually talk to them. She is the clever one! Well that’s what she thinks. Her passion for reading means she almost always got a book in her hand, however don’t be fooled she’s quite the daredevil when she decides to be.

He is no ordinary baby let me tell you. My little brother Raam is also my side kick when it comes to taking on any new adventure. He never cries and is the sweetest thing, but don’t be fooled, if he decides to pull your ears you’ve had it. Your ears will never be the same again.

My Charan is the greatest horse of all time. Swift like lightening, funnier than any clown and has more charm than he knows what to do with it. Where I go he goes and where he goes I go, well when I’m allowed to take him that is. Brothers from different mothers is what I say.
